'Pathankot' not last word on Trade and Cultural Pitch

It was delayed visit? Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Pathankot on 9 January, 2016. Terrorist attack was there on 2 January. I think this is not flexible issues about Prime Minister date of visit? We want to recite  all time issues that is 'Pathankot' is not last word on the trade and cultural pitch of two country. We have been crossed the fire gun diplomacy on 1947. Presently we are not nonsense mid-night children from India and Pakistan. Now we are adult citizen instead of British rule.
In this context personally I am fan of common people of both nation. We should follow Zubeda Aapa's spirit, She has tweeted on 9 January, 2016, ''Adnan Sami ko hi rakh lo hum dusra phula lenge.'' Thank you Zubeda Aapa, this is the spirit of the unconditional friendship. Somehow, after Pathankot incident the congress as opposition have raised the point. According to the news agency, ''The Congress .....endorsed continuous engagement with Pakistan but cited how the Pathankot terror attack had followed a week after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's celebrated Christmas trip to Lahore to meet counterpart Nawaj Sharif.''
May be it is facts on the one hand but another extended hand responding for valued relationship which is bilateral discussion between two country. While MEA has said that foreign secretary-level session between India and Pakistan could depend on Islamabad's response to the Pathankote attack. But Ministry of External Affairs of India has the might to handle its trade, culture and administrative matters such as conducting Secretary-level talks scheduled for January 15 and 16, 2016 in Islamabad. There hundred time mention about deadlocked diplomacy in the global political context. I would like to refer China visit by Nixon and president Barak Obama able to opened up Cuba deadlocked. News agency say's on January 9, 2016 that ''Sartaz Aziz, Sharif's adviser on foreign affairs, said on Saturday evening, we are investigating the Pathankot incident while the foreign secretary-level talks between India-Pakistan are intact.
My some one friend who's have strong sense of humor. He said, ''Our Prime Minister who is a Sky kissing PM. I think Modiji and President Barak Obama both are popular to create and enjoy sense of humor like UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
Meanwhile, PTI covered the added story 'Enough talk, time for action, US wants Pakistan to act quickly against Pathankot perpetrators.' First Post on line portal carrying to us.
Washington: The US feels that time has come for Pakistan to walk the talk on the promises it made – both in public and in private conversations - that there would be no discrimination in its action against terrorist networks and bring the perpetrators of the Pathankot attack to justice.
Amid Indian intelligence reports that groups and people within Pakistan planned and executed the strike on the Pathankot airbase, a senior State Department official said Pakistan should not come out with lame excuses to shield them as has been the case with the Mumbai terrorist attack.
"They (Pakistan) have said publicly that they are going to investigate. They have said publicly that they are not going to discriminate between terrorist groups. We look to see actions to back up those words," the official added.

The official indicated that the US wants to give the civilian government time and space to act on its words and hoped that Pakistan would not repeat its past trend wherein it is seen reluctant in taking actions against terrorist groups under one excuse or the other.
"They said that they (Pakistan) would investigate it and we need to let that process go forward. But obviously we want to see that the perpetrators be brought to account (as soon as possible)," the State Department official said on anonymity.
The official also expressed a sense of satisfaction over the reaction by the Nawaz Sharif government on the first few days of the attack.
"It is not about believe. We have to take the word that they have given. They have said that they are going to investigate. Let them do that," the official said when asked if they believe in what Pakistan is saying this time.
Senior US Government officials have been in close contact with their Pakistani counterparts in the aftermath of the attacks in Pathankot and Afghanistan's Majar-e-Sharif urging them to take right course of action which, if they do, would not only be a great confidence building measure but would also help improve relationship with India.

Referring to the outpouring of support for India among the US lawmakers in the aftermath of the Pathankot attack, the officials indicated that in the absence of a concrete action by Pakistan against these terrorist groups, it would be a tough call for the Obama Administration to push for any new military aid for Pakistan to through the Congress.
"We understand this is a challenging time. This is a complicated relationship. We do not agree with Pakistan about everything...We look to see actions to back up those words," the official added.
According to officials, it would become very difficult for the US Government to convince the Republican-controlled Congress to approve a sale of eight F-16s to Pakistan if Islamabad is seen as reluctant in taking action against these terrorist groups.
Over 20 lawmakers from both the Republican and Democratic parties have come out in support of India, officials pointed out.'' PTI
Indian National Congress not happy with the PM Narendra Modi and his govt role. The Congress sources said that,  ''What is PM Shri Modi’s Pakistan policy? No one knows, because has taken no one into confidence, not his Ministers, not the Opposition and certainly not the people of India. His colleagues call this 'out-of-the-box' diplomacy! In reality, it is mindless diplomacy.

There was a 35% increase in cross border infiltration, says BSF. Since he came to power, there have been close to 1000 ceasefire violations. Armed gunmen have infiltrated states where BJP shares power - in J&K where they share power with the PDP and in Punjab where they run the government with the SAD.

Shri Modi has failed to build up international pressure on Pakistan, like the UPA did after 26/11, forcing Pakistan to start legal proceedings against perpetrators of the Mumbai attacks. After Pathankot, the US issued a statement in which they did not even name Pakistan, leave alone acknowledging its role in the attack.''
Kabil Sibal said on 9 January, 2016 at  AICC Press meet at Delhi.
‘’The Modi government has mastered the art of taking unauthorized U-turns, not realizing that such U-turns only lead to accidents.
The government has no cohesive Pakistan policy. It has failed to stop cross-border infiltration, whose number has crossed over a thousand since this government came to power.”

Hence, we don't believed without any identity of Indian flag and Pakistan flag across the cultural and trade table between two boarder wall discussion will be not possible to succeed. So, peace parrot Ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali's expected Kolkata concert is likely to be held Netaji Indoor Stadium on 12 January, 2016. First word of culture ''Mastana piye ja yun Hi Mastana piye ja.''
